COURSE CURRICULUM

The programme offers a well-balanced curriculum that combines fundamental business knowledge with specialised human resource management expertise to prepare students for leadership and management roles in modern organisations. Students begin with Principles of Business Management, which introduces the key functions, structures and operations of businesses and develops an understanding of effective organisational management. Fundamentals of Management Accounting and Finance provides essential knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting and business decision-making, while Human Resources Management focuses on recruitment, employee relations, performance management and workforce planning. Strategic Management develops students' ability to analyse business environments and create strategies that support long-term organisational growth and success. The programme also includes Marketing Management, which provides an understanding of marketing principles, customer needs and business competitiveness, and Effective Leadership, which develops leadership capabilities, communication skills and the ability to manage teams successfully. Business and Management Ethics explores ethical decision-making, corporate responsibility and professional conduct within organisations, helping students understand the importance of ethical leadership in business environments. Research Methods equips students with the skills needed to design, conduct and evaluate academic and business research using a variety of analytical techniques. International Human Resources Management examines global workforce challenges, cultural diversity and international employment practices, preparing students to manage employees across different countries and business environments. Employee Development focuses on training, learning, career planning and talent management strategies that support both organisational objectives and employee growth. The programme concludes with a Major Project worth 30 ECTS credits, allowing students to apply the knowledge and skills gained throughout their studies to investigate and solve a real business or human resource management issue. With a total of 180 ECTS credits and extensive learning hours, graduates are equipped with strong managerial, analytical and interpersonal skills, preparing them for successful careers in human resource management, business leadership and organisational development across a wide range of industries.
