COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc Information Technology Management program includes several key modules designed to provide students with essential knowledge and practical skills for leadership in the IT field. The Digital Transformation module focuses on the strategic integration of digital technologies in business, covering digital business models, leadership in the digital era, technology trends, data analytics, and ethical considerations, supported by real-world case studies. The Information Technology Project Management module equips students with the ability to manage IT projects through methodologies, tools, and techniques while addressing risk, resources, stakeholders, and professional ethics. The Information Technology Management module emphasizes aligning IT strategies with business objectives and explores IT governance, service management frameworks, risk and contract management, and emerging technologies. The Research and Professional Skills module strengthens advanced research capabilities and professional development, offering training in research methods, data analysis, academic writing, project management, and ethics relevant to IT management. The program culminates in the Information Technology Management Project or Dissertation, where students independently research a topic related to their specialization—such as IT management, cybersecurity, data analytics, cloud computing, or artificial intelligence. This final module involves creating a research proposal, conducting a literature review, implementing research, analyzing data, and presenting findings, with opportunities for industry collaboration.
