COURSE CURRICULUM

This MBA program offers a comprehensive curriculum designed to develop strategic, financial, and leadership skills in a global business context, with a particular emphasis on entrepreneurship. Core modules include Global Strategies, where participants critically explore global markets, business entry modes, and strategic implementation; Managerial Finance, which focuses on interpreting financial statements and applying financial insights to strategic decision-making; Leadership and Organisational Behaviour, aimed at enhancing leadership skills, understanding organisational dynamics, and managing change; and Applied Digital Marketing, which examines digital strategies aligned with stakeholder expectations and market demands. A final Project/Dissertation allows participants to apply research skills to real-world management issues. The Entrepreneurship pathway further deepens this focus with two specialised modules. Managing Entrepreneurial Ventures equips students with the frameworks and tools needed to develop an entrepreneurial mindset and effectively manage start-ups and dynamic businesses, covering areas such as strategic planning, human resource management, and innovation. Entrepreneurial Finance builds critical understanding of private equity and venture capital while reinforcing accounting and financial decision-making skills in entrepreneurial settings. Together, these entrepreneurship modules prepare participants to identify opportunities, manage financial challenges, and create sustainable strategies within fast-moving environments, fostering the skills essential for launching and managing successful ventures.
