COURSE CURRICULUM

This program provides a structured academic and practical foundation in interior design, combining theoretical knowledge with technical, creative, and professional skills. The curriculum begins with the study of History and Criticism of Contemporary Design, Trend Forecasting, and Visual Research, helping students understand cultural influences and emerging directions in design. Alongside this, Design Management and Production Processes introduce organisational and operational aspects of interior design projects, while Innovative Technologies and Materials supports an understanding of modern and sustainable material applications. Students progressively develop core design abilities through Interior Design modules, supported by Techniques of Project Communication, Communication Tools, and Brand Communication, which strengthen their capacity to present and articulate design concepts effectively. Technical proficiency is built through Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Rendering, enabling accurate visualisation and professional project development. Graphic Design and Light Design further enhance aesthetic and functional understanding of spatial composition. The program also explores Sociology and Anthropology of Design, encouraging critical awareness of how spaces influence human behaviour, and Environment Design, which focuses on spatial planning for diverse contexts. Practical experience is reinforced through an Internship, while the Dissertation allows for in-depth research and independent project development. Overall, the course integrates creativity, technology, and management to prepare students for professional practice in interior and environment design fields.
