The MA in Interior Design is a structured postgraduate program that develops advanced creative, technical, and analytical skills for designing contemporary interior spaces. In the first phase, students study techniques of project communication to learn how to present and manage design ideas effectively. History and criticism of contemporary design provides a foundation in understanding design evolution and cultural context. Production processes and innovative technologies and materials introduce practical knowledge of how interiors are constructed using modern and sustainable methods. Interior design 1 builds core spatial design skills, while communication tools and techniques and computer-aided design (CAD) develop essential digital and presentation abilities. In the second phase, students advance their expertise through rendering, interior design 2, and graphic design, focusing on visual quality and design refinement. Light design and environment design enhance understanding of atmosphere, spatial experience, and environmental impact. Sociology and anthropology of design provide insight into human behavior and cultural influences on spaces, while innovative technologies and materials further expand technical knowledge. The program also includes an internship for professional experience and a dissertation for academic research.
