COURSE CURRICULUM
The MSc in Medical Electronics & Digital Health at the University of Galway requires students to complete 90 ECTS credits in Year 1. Students may also choose modules that enhance professional and interdisciplinary competencies such as Financial Management I (AY872), Technology Innovation & Entrepreneurship (ME432), Research Methods for Engineers (ME521), Lean Systems (IE450), Project Management (IE446), Safety Engineering (ME4105), Introduction to Sustainability 1 (BSS2103), and Human Body Structure (AN230).In Semester 2, students can further specialise through modules such as Bioinstrumentation Design (EE502), Embedded Machine Vision (EE5104), Signal Processing and Machine Learning for Digital Health (EE5107), Digital Twins for Robotics (EE5108), Robotic Control, Navigation and Locomotion (EE5109), Computer and Network Security (CT4104), and Introduction to Sustainability 2 (BSS2104).
