COURSE CURRICULUM

The Full-Time MBA at Trinity College Dublin is a structured, immersive program delivered over one academic year and organised into three terms that combine core business training with flexible, experiential learning. In the first two terms, students complete eight core modules alongside a Strategic Company Project, which applies classroom learning to real-world business challenges. These core modules cover essential areas such as accounting and financial management, operations strategy, strategic management, marketing strategy, leadership, business analytics and AI, and sustainability, providing a strong foundation in modern business practice. The final term allows students to customise their learning through elective modules and applied projects. Options include consultancy-based projects such as Social Enterprise and Scaling Projects, international study experiences in locations like Belgium and South Africa, and industry-focused modules on topics such as entrepreneurial finance, innovation, technology trends, and international business. Students can choose between different elective pathways, allowing them to balance additional projects with specialised coursework. Throughout the program, experiential learning is emphasised through case studies, projects, and leadership development activities. Overall, the MBA combines academic rigour with practical application, enabling students to develop advanced leadership, analytical, and strategic skills while gaining real-world experience in diverse global business contexts.
