COURSE CURRICULUM

The LL.M. in Intellectual Property and Information Technology Law at Trinity College Dublin is a full-time, in-person program delivered over one academic year and structured across two semesters. In each semester, students take three modules, with each module consisting of approximately 22 hours of classroom teaching supported by independent reading, research, and preparation. The program places strong emphasis on interactive learning, with many modules delivered in small class settings to encourage discussion, critical thinking, and active engagement with legal issues. Assessment varies across modules and is designed to support different learning outcomes, combining coursework, written assignments, and other evaluation methods.
