COURSE CURRICULUM

The Global Business program offers a well-rounded and flexible curriculum designed to build strong business knowledge and practical skills over four years. In first year, students study the fundamentals of ecological limits and social foundations to understand the wider context of modern business, alongside economics, quantitative methods, ethics, information systems, and well-being in business. Students may also choose optional modules in law or modern European languages. In second year, the focus shifts to core business management theories and skills, with modules such as Climate Change, Organisational Behaviour, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Operations Management, Innovation, Business Ethics, and personal and professional development, along with Trinity Electives and other optional modules. In third year, students can personalise their studies by selecting from a wide range of modules including Consumer Behaviour, Natural Capital Accounting, Corporate Finance, Taxation, and Social Entrepreneurship. They may also complete a summer internship for academic credit, working in a company, creating a startup or social enterprise, or leading a project for a Trinity-recognised society. In fourth year, all students undertake a Capstone project involving independent research. Additional advanced modules include International Business, Digital Marketing, Financial Reporting, Audit and Assurance, Intercultural Management, Global Supply Chain Management, and Company Law. This structure equips students with academic knowledge, real-world experience, and leadership skills for diverse global business careers.
