COURSE CURRICULUM

The BBus (Hons) in Digital Marketing is a four-year program designed to equip students with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills needed to succeed in the modern digital economy. In the early stages, students build foundations in accounting, economics, business mathematics, and marketing principles while gaining hands-on experience with digital tools, graphic design software, and social media applications. As the course progresses, learners develop specialist skills in branding, campaign management, SEO, analytics, video production, and e-commerce, alongside an understanding of entrepreneurship and digital business environments. Strong emphasis is placed on applying knowledge through practical projects, live simulations, and industry-relevant assessments using tools such as analytics platforms and content creation software. In later years, students focus on advanced topics including digital strategy, market research, paid advertising, consumer psychology, and data-driven decision-making. They also explore areas such as ethics, law, and professional development to prepare for responsible practice in the industry. Final-year students complete either a work placement or a live capstone project with a real company, allowing them to apply their skills in real-world settings. Graduates leave the program prepared for roles such as digital marketing executive, SEO specialist, social media manager, content strategist, or digital analyst, with strong employability and industry-ready experience across global digital marketing environments and platforms.
