COURSE CURRICULUM

The Bachelor of Business program provides students with a broad and flexible education across key business disciplines while developing practical and professional skills for a wide range of careers. In first year, students build a strong foundation in areas such as economics, management, accounting, banking, entrepreneurship, marketing, business mathematics, communication skills and computer applications, while also having the option to study French or Spanish. In second year, the course develops knowledge in management accounting, business law, operations management, human resource management, digital marketing and information technology, alongside elective options including entrepreneurship, eCommerce, financial accounting, insurance, international economics and services marketing. Students gain practical experience with modern business software, data analysis, spreadsheets and digital tools, with opportunities to achieve professional certifications. Third year focuses on advanced business topics such as managerial finance, company law, business information systems and strategic decision-making, while offering specialised electives in taxation, market research, international marketing, business modelling, corporate reporting, negotiation and strategic HRM. Language modules continue to support international career opportunities. A major feature of the program is the 20-week industry placement, where students gain valuable real-world experience, develop professional skills and apply classroom learning in a business environment.
