COURSE CURRICULUM

When you finish this course, you will develop the knowledge and practical skills required to work effectively in the field of Supply Chain Management. By understanding how these areas interact, graduates will be able to support and lead teams that aim to achieve significant improvements in supply chain capability.Another important outcome of the program is the ability to plan and manage resources effectively at each stage of the supply chain. This includes coordinating activities from suppliers to manufacturers and finally to customers. Students will learn how to allocate resources efficiently, manage risks, and ensure that supply chain operations are carried out smoothly.The course will also strengthen your critical thinking and research abilities. Graduates will be able to analyse complex problems and design or redesign supply chain systems that are more sustainable, competitive, and focused on quality. This involves improving processes from supplier to customer while considering environmental and organisational sustainability.In addition, the program will help you develop strong communication skills. Graduates will be able to communicate effectively with teams at different organisational levels and build long-term, beneficial relationships across all stages of the supply chain.Throughout the course, students will study a range of specialised subjects that support the development of these skills. These subjects include Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, Communications for Supply Chain Professionals, Performance Management, Supply Chain Financial Management, Sustainable Supply Chains, Strategic Supply Chain Management, and Global Logistics and Technology. Students will also complete a Research Project, which allows them to investigate a real-world supply chain issue and apply the knowledge gained during the program.
