COURSE CURRICULUM

The BSc (Hons) in Computer Science (Cloud & Networks) is a four-year honours degree within the Computer Science (Common Entry) route, designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge to deploy, manage, and troubleshoot cloud and networked systems. The course provides a strong foundation in programming, computer systems, data structures, algorithms, and operating systems, alongside practical exposure to cloud technologies such as Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud Platform. Students gain expertise in configuring secure, reliable, and fault-tolerant cloud infrastructure, and take modules from the Security stream to develop essential cybersecurity skills. Throughout the program, students learn about networks infrastructure, applied cryptology, and cloud computing, while also completing hands-on projects, work placements, or study abroad experiences to build professional readiness. By combining technical theory with practical application, graduates are prepared for high-demand careers managing cloud services, networked systems, and infrastructure across multiple industries.
