COURSE CURRICULUM

The Bachelor of Electronic Engineering program is structured to provide a gradual development of technical knowledge, practical skills, and problem-solving ability over four years. In first and second year, students study core subjects including engineering fundamentals, programming, and mathematics, which form the foundation of the degree. During this stage, they also begin working on a series of problem based learning projects, completing their first four projects and gaining hands-on experience in applying theory to real-world challenges. In third year, students take more advanced taught modules alongside two additional project based learning modules, further strengthening their technical expertise and teamwork skills. At this stage, students have the opportunity to choose between different progression routes depending on their academic performance, which can influence their future pathway within the program. In fourth year, students can select from a range of module options to suit their interests and career goals, allowing for some specialisation. Those who plan to graduate after fourth year complete a final year project, which involves independent work and the application of their accumulated knowledge. Overall, the program combines theoretical learning with practical experience, preparing students for professional roles in engineering or further study.
