COURSE CURRICULUM

In this course, students engage with a comprehensive and practical curriculum structured across two semesters, combining theoretical learning with applied research and industry-relevant skills. In Semester 1, students complete four mandatory modules. Management Strategy (10 ECTS) introduces strategic planning and execution within various business contexts, helping students understand how organizations develop competitive advantages. Business Innovation & Enterprise (10 ECTS) encourages entrepreneurial thinking and equips students with the tools to drive innovation and manage change. Accounting Information for Managers (5 ECTS) focuses on using financial data to support decision-making and improve business performance. Research Methods (5 ECTS) provides students with essential skills in designing, conducting, and analysing research projects, preparing them for practical investigations in business settings.Semester 2 continues with four additional mandatory modules that further develop students’ competencies. Supply Chain Operations (10 ECTS) covers the principles and practices involved in managing supply chains efficiently and sustainably across global markets. People and Organisations (10 ECTS) explores organisational dynamics, leadership, and effective people management. Marketing Management (10 ECTS) delivers strategic insight into modern marketing practices, including customer engagement and market analysis. A key component of this semester is the Work-Based Learning Research Project (30 ECTS), where students apply their academic knowledge in a real business environment. This project allows them to investigate real-world problems, propose solutions, and demonstrate their readiness for professional roles. Throughout the course, students build a solid foundation in core business functions while also gaining practical experience and research skills that are directly applicable to today’s business challenges. The course is designed to ensure graduates are well-prepared for a variety of roles in diverse and evolving business environments.
