COURSE CURRICULUM

The three-year full-time Bachelor’s program in Business is structured around two semesters per academic year, totaling 24 teaching weeks annually. In the first two years, students undertake modules worth 10 ECTS each, with assessments evenly divided between coursework and a combination of coursework and exams. The final year includes a distinctive Innovation & Entrepreneurship capstone module, where students integrate their learning by developing a Business Model Canvas and examining entrepreneurial characteristics. This project fosters practical application of business concepts and creative thinking. In Stage 1, students build foundational knowledge through modules such as IT Fundamentals & Skills, Principles of Business & Management, HRM and the Inter-Cultural Workplace, Marketing Fundamentals & Applications, Introduction to Accounting, Business Mathematics, and Academic Skills Development. These courses establish core competencies in business, technology, and academic literacy. Stage 2 introduces more advanced and specialized subjects, including Operations & Supply Chain Management, Cost & Management Accounting, Consumer Behaviour, Business Information Systems, Statistics for Business, Economics for Business, Market Research, Principles of Law, Technology Innovation, and Effective Communications for Business. This stage focuses on analytical skills, legal frameworks, and technological awareness. The Award Stage prepares students for professional readiness through modules such as International Business, Financial Management, Talent Resourcing & Development, Integrated Marketing Communications & Advertising, Employment and Company Law, Business & Personal Ethics, Applied Project Management, Employee Relations, Digital Marketing, Business Intelligence, and the capstone Innovation & Entrepreneurship project. These modules equip students with strategic, ethical, and digital competencies essential for modern business environments. Overall, the program offers a balanced mix of theory and practice, encouraging both academic growth and real-world application, and is designed to support students’ transition from learners to capable business professionals prepared for a wide range of career paths.
