COURSE CURRICULUM

The Postgraduate Diploma in Science in Computing at Griffith College is structured into two stages that progressively develop students’ technical expertise and professional skills in computing. In the first stage, students focus on foundational and essential modules that provide a strong grounding in modern computing concepts. The Data Mining and Machine Learning module equips students with the knowledge to extract insights and patterns from large datasets using intelligent algorithms. Mobile Development introduces learners to designing and building applications for mobile platforms, including considerations for user experience and device integration. In the second stage, students advance into specialized areas essential for contemporary computing practice. Agile Software Development focuses on collaborative and iterative software project management, emphasizing teamwork and real-world problem-solving. Cloud Platforms and Applications explores the development and deployment of scalable cloud-based solutions, while Deep Learning and Generative AI introduces advanced artificial intelligence techniques and neural networks for modern applications.
