COURSE CURRICULUM

The Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting and Finance Management program includes a range of core modules that provide advanced knowledge and practical skills in accounting, finance, and business management. Students study Financial Reporting and Strategic Corporate Reporting to understand how financial information is prepared, analysed, and communicated in complex organisational environments. Strategic Financial Management helps students learn how organisations manage financial resources and make long-term financial decisions, while Strategic Performance Management focuses on evaluating organisational performance and improving efficiency. The Law and Governance module introduces students to the legal frameworks, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards that guide corporate financial activities. Financial Data Analysis develops students’ ability to interpret financial information and apply analytical techniques to support decision making. The program also includes Business Consultancy, which allows students to apply financial knowledge to real business challenges, and Business Research Methods, which develops strong research and analytical skills for professional and academic work. In addition to the core modules, students can choose from a range of elective subjects to suit their career interests. These include Taxation, Advanced Audit and Assurance, Sustainable Finance, Quantitative Finance, Digital Transformation, and Leadership in Organisations. These electives allow students to specialise in key areas of modern finance and management while strengthening their professional expertise.
