COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc in International Business and Law at Griffith College is a one-year, full-time program designed to provide students with an integrated understanding of global business management and international legal frameworks. The course combines operational and organisational aspects of business with advanced theoretical and practical knowledge of law, equipping students with the expertise to navigate complex international business environments. Students gain a deep understanding of management accounting and control, international trade law, corporate governance, EU internal markets and competition law, international strategy, and data protection. The program develops students’ analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills, fostering independent thinking and preparing them to become knowledgeable and innovative business managers with a strong grounding in international law. Learning is delivered through a highly practical approach, led by an experienced Graduate Business School lecturing team with extensive industry knowledge, ensuring students can apply theory to real-world challenges. The curriculum also provides opportunities for further progression, including enrolment in the internationally recognised MBA in International Business. By combining rigorous academic content with applied learning and exposure to contemporary international business and legal issues, graduates leave the program ready to pursue careers in management, consulting, regulatory compliance, international trade, and corporate advisory roles, with the ability to make informed, strategic decisions in a global business context.
