COURSE CURRICULUM

The Masters in Accounting and Finance Management program includes a range of core modules designed to develop advanced knowledge and practical skills in accounting, finance, and business management. Students study Financial Reporting and Strategic Corporate Reporting to understand how financial information is prepared, analysed, and communicated in complex business environments. Strategic Financial Management and Strategic Performance Management help students learn how organisations manage financial resources, evaluate performance, and make strategic decisions. The program also includes modules such as Law and Governance, which provide insight into legal frameworks, ethical standards, and corporate responsibility. Financial Data Analysis strengthens students’ ability to interpret financial data and use analytical tools for informed decision-making. Business Consultancy and Business Research Methods help students develop professional consulting and research skills that can be applied to real-world business challenges. In addition to the core modules, students can choose from several electives to tailor their learning to their interests and career goals. These include subjects such as Taxation, Advanced Audit and Assurance, Sustainable Finance, Quantitative Finance, Digital Transformation, and Leadership in Organisations. The program concludes with a dissertation, where students can either complete a traditional research project or undertake a practice-based industry project. This final component allows students to apply their knowledge, research skills, and professional understanding to investigate a specific topic within accounting and finance.
