COURSE CURRICULUM

The MA in Work-Related Psychology is a full-time, one-year postgraduate program requiring the completion of 90 ECTS. It is designed for psychology graduates seeking advanced expertise in work-related psychological practices and offers the flexibility for students to exit with a Postgraduate Diploma by completing all modules except the dissertation. The program includes four core modules: Principles of Work Psychology, Organisational Psychology, Research Methodologies and Design, and Personnel and Human Resources Psychology, each carrying 10 ECTS, with a 30 ECTS dissertation for those completing the full MA. Students also choose two elective modules to tailor their studies to their career goals and interests. The first elective allows students to select from Managing People in Organisations, Leading Change, Teamwork and Managing People, Psychology of Entrepreneurship, or Creativity and Business Innovation, each worth 10 ECTS. The second elective enables students to focus on areas such as Principles, Competencies and Practices of Mentoring and Coaching, Learning, Engagement and Wellbeing in the Workplace, Theoretical Perspectives on Customer Experiences, or Customer Relationship Management, also worth 10 ECTS. Through a combination of core and elective modules, students develop critical analytical skills, research competence, and practical knowledge to apply psychological insights to improve organisational performance, employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, and overall workplace outcomes.
