COURSE CURRICULUM

The MA in Work-Related Behaviour with Mentoring & Coaching is a one-year full-time program requiring students to complete 90 ECTS, with the option to exit with a Postgraduate Diploma by completing all modules except the dissertation. The program is designed for graduates from psychology, business, humanities, health, and related disciplines who wish to develop expertise in organisational behaviour alongside practical mentoring and coaching skills. Core modules include Principles of Work Psychology, Organisational Psychology, Research Methodologies & Design, and Personnel & Human Resources Psychology, which provide a strong foundation in understanding workplace dynamics, human behaviour, and effective organisational practices. Students then build on this foundation through specialized modules in the Principles, Competencies, and Practices of Mentoring & Coaching, as well as Learning, Engagement, and Wellbeing in the Workplace, focusing on strategies to improve employee performance, motivation, and satisfaction. The dissertation module allows learners to apply research methods and critical analysis to real-world organisational challenges, demonstrating their ability to integrate theory and practice. Graduates develop a blend of analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills, empowering them to become transformative coaches and mentors capable of fostering high-performing teams, promoting employee wellbeing, and supporting positive organisational change, while preparing for further professional growth in leadership and human resource roles.
