COURSE CURRICULUM

The MA in Work-Related Behaviour with Leadership & Management is a full-time program requiring completion of 90 ECTS over one academic year. It is designed for graduates from psychology, business, humanities, health, or social sciences who wish to develop advanced skills in leadership, management, and organisational behaviour. The program covers key areas of work psychology, providing students with a strong foundation in principles of work psychology, organisational psychology, and personnel and human resources psychology. Learners also develop practical research skills through the Research Methodologies & Design module, equipping them to critically analyse workplace behaviour and implement evidence-based solutions. Leadership and management competencies are strengthened through modules such as Leading Change, Teamwork and Managing People, and Managing People in Organisations, which focus on team dynamics, employee motivation, organisational culture, and effective management strategies. The dissertation module allows students to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world challenges, conduct independent research, and produce an in-depth study relevant to contemporary workplace issues. Students who opt to exit early may receive a Postgraduate Diploma by completing all modules except the dissertation. Overall, the program combines psychological theory, leadership principles, and practical management skills to prepare graduates to become effective organisational behaviour specialists and visionary leaders capable of driving change, improving workplace performance, and fostering positive organisational culture.
