COURSE CURRICULUM

The MA in Work-Related Behaviour with Entrepreneurship is structured around a series of core modules designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of organisational behaviour, work psychology, and entrepreneurial practice. The program begins with Principles of Work Psychology and Organisational Psychology, which give students a strong foundation in human behaviour within workplace settings and the dynamics that influence employee performance and organisational culture. Research Methodologies and Design equips learners with the skills to design, conduct, and evaluate research projects, ensuring they can apply evidence-based approaches to real-world challenges. Personnel and Human Resources Psychology focuses on managing people effectively, including recruitment, development, performance management, and employee engagement, while Psychology of Entrepreneurship develops an understanding of the cognitive and behavioural factors that drive entrepreneurial thinking and decision-making. Creativity and Business Innovation explores strategies to foster innovative thinking, problem-solving, and the development of new business initiatives. The program culminates in a substantial dissertation module, allowing students to integrate their learning, conduct in-depth research, and produce a major independent project that addresses a relevant entrepreneurial or work-related issue.
