COURSE CURRICULUM

The MA in Work-Related Behaviour with Customer Relationship Management is a full-time program requiring learners to complete 90 ECTS over one academic year. The course is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of organisational behaviour, personnel psychology, and customer relationship management, equipping students with the skills needed to become effective leaders and customer-centric professionals. Core modules include Principles of Work Psychology, Organisational Psychology, Research Methodologies and Design, Personnel and Human Resources Psychology, Theoretical Perspectives on Customer Experiences, and Customer Relationship Management. These modules provide learners with a solid foundation in psychological theory, research methods, and the practical application of knowledge to enhance organisational performance and customer engagement. The program culminates in a 30 ECTS Dissertation module, which allows students to apply their learning to a substantial research project, demonstrating their ability to analyse, interpret, and address real-world organisational challenges. Students who choose not to complete the Dissertation may exit the program with a Postgraduate Diploma in Work-Related Behaviour, having gained the theoretical and practical expertise provided by the remaining modules. Overall, the program develops analytical, strategic, and leadership skills, ensuring graduates are capable of leveraging human resources and customer relationship management practices to drive innovation, improve customer experience, and contribute effectively to organisational growth.
