COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master of Science in Supply Chain Management includes a comprehensive set of core modules designed to equip students with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills essential for effective supply chain leadership. The program begins with Global Supply Chain and Logistics Management (10 ECTS), providing an in-depth understanding of end-to-end logistics in international contexts. This is supported by modules such as Supply Chain Procurement Strategies (5 ECTS) and Global Finance for Supply Chain Management (5 ECTS), which explore procurement processes and financial principles crucial to managing supply chains across borders. Students also study Supply Chain Operations (5 ECTS), which covers the design, planning, and control of supply chain activities, and Supply Chain Sustainability (5 ECTS), which emphasizes sustainable practices in a global context.Leadership and communication skills are developed through the module Negotiation for Successful Supply Chain Leadership (5 ECTS), which prepares students for complex stakeholder interactions. Additionally, the module Analytics and Enterprise Systems for Supply Chain Management (10 ECTS) provides essential skills in data analysis and enterprise technology systems used in supply chain decision-making. The module Conducting Research for Supply Chain Management (10 ECTS) introduces learners to advanced research techniques, critical for academic inquiry and professional application.To complete the program, students select one Capstone Elective worth 30 ECTS. They can choose the Consulting Report for Supply Chain Management, which involves solving real-world industry problems; the Dissertation, a detailed academic research project on a chosen topic; or the Placement, which offers hands-on professional experience in a relevant supply chain role. Each capstone pathway allows students to demonstrate their cumulative learning and apply their skills in a meaningful and career-focused context. This structure ensures that graduates are well-prepared to take on advanced roles in the supply chain sector.
