COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master of Science in Management Practice comprises a well-rounded curriculum worth 90 ECTS, designed to prepare students for strategic leadership roles across industries. The taught component includes ten modules (60 ECTS) that address critical business and management areas. These modules include Risk and Change for Global Issues, Managerial Financial Analysis, Strategic Marketing Analysis, Strategic Planning and Management, Dynamic Leadership Development, and Sustainable Operations Management—each contributing 5 ECTS. Students also study Leading Change for Social and Sustainable Impact and Innovation and Disruptive Technologies (5 ECTS each), ensuring a future-focused approach to business leadership.Strategic Human Capital Management and Organisational Behaviour carries 10 ECTS, highlighting the importance of managing people and organisational culture. Conducting Research for Management (10 ECTS) equips students with the methodological tools needed for effective academic or practical inquiry. The capstone element allows students to choose between a Dissertation or a Placement, accounting for 30 ECTS, enabling them to apply their learning in either a research or real-world business context.In addition to academic modules, the program includes a Graduate Work Readiness component with Bronze, Silver, and Gold Awards (non-credit), helping students build essential professional skills. These awards are designed to enhance students' employability by fostering workplace readiness through structured career development support.
