COURSE CURRICULUM

The MBA (Finance) program includes a structured blend of core and elective modules designed to develop strategic, analytical, and leadership capabilities in a financial context. The core modules cover essential areas of business and management. Risk and Change for Global Issues (5 ECTS) equips students to assess and respond to the challenges of a rapidly evolving global business environment. Managerial Financial Analysis (5 ECTS) focuses on interpreting financial data to support informed decision-making. Strategic Marketing Analysis (5 ECTS) enables learners to evaluate market dynamics and align marketing strategies with overall business objectives, while Strategic Planning and Management (5 ECTS) introduces key frameworks for long-term organisational planning. Dynamic Leadership Development (5 ECTS) strengthens personal leadership skills, essential for managing teams and driving change. Sustainable Operations Management (5 ECTS) explores how operational strategies can support sustainability goals within organisations.Conducting Research for Business (10 ECTS) prepares students with the methodologies and tools required for academic and applied research. A major feature of the program is the Business Simulation (30 ECTS), an integrative module where students apply their learning in a realistic, competitive business environment, making strategic decisions and responding to dynamic scenarios.In addition to core modules, students choose two electives from a finance-focused list. Corporate Financial Management (10 ECTS) develops an understanding of complex financial decision-making within corporations, while Global Financial Markets (10 ECTS) offers insights into international financial systems, instruments, and the interconnectedness of global markets.
