Strategic Marketing Analysis (5 ECTS) develops the ability to analyse markets and align marketing strategies with business goals, while Strategic Planning and Management (5 ECTS) provides tools to formulate and implement long-term organisational strategies.Dynamic Leadership Development (5 ECTS) enhances leadership competencies, enabling learners to manage teams and drive innovation. Sustainable Operations Management (5 ECTS) introduces principles for designing efficient and environmentally responsible business processes. Conducting Research for Business (10 ECTS) prepares students for evidence-based problem-solving and academic research. The Business Simulation (30 ECTS) serves as a practical capstone module where students apply their learning in a competitive and dynamic business environment, making real-time strategic decisions.Students specialising in cloud computing select two elective modules. Cloud Technologies for Business (10 ECTS) introduces the fundamentals of cloud infrastructure, models, and services, with a focus on their practical business applications.
