COURSE CURRICULUM

The DBS Master of Business Administration (MBA) program features a robust curriculum of core and elective modules designed to develop strategic, analytical, and leadership capabilities for modern business environments. The core modules provide a strong foundation across key business disciplines. "Risk and Change for Global Issues," "Managerial Financial Analysis," and "Strategic Marketing Analysis" equip learners with the tools to understand complex business challenges and market dynamics. "Strategic Planning and Management" focuses on long-term business strategies, while "Dynamic Leadership Development" enhances leadership effectiveness in diverse organisational contexts.
