Modules such as Management, Financial Management, and International Economics offer insights into organisational practices, financial planning, and the global economic environment. The inclusion of Business Ethics and Research Practice encourages learners to engage with responsible and ethical business conduct. Students also explore the legal and employment frameworks of business through Employee Relations and the Law and Principles of Business Law, providing practical knowledge of regulatory compliance and workplace legislation. Digital Business Solutions further equips learners with an understanding of how technology supports and transforms business operations.In Year 3, the focus shifts to strategic thinking and high-level application. Students study Strategic Management and Global Business, preparing them to make decisions in complex, international environments. Human Resource Management deepens their understanding of talent and performance management, while the Capstone Project allows them to integrate and apply their learning through independent research or consultancy.
