In Semester 1, students build a strong foundation in management and operational excellence. Management Knowledge introduces core principles of organizational structure, leadership, and decision-making. Quality Management focuses on systems and standards that ensure consistent product and service quality. Quality Improvement Tools provides practical techniques for identifying inefficiencies and implementing structured improvements. Lean Management I and Lean Methods and Tools I introduce the philosophy, principles, and fundamental instruments of lean thinking, emphasizing waste reduction, value creation, and process flow optimization. Production and Operations Management examines the planning, control, and continuous improvement of production and service operations. Measurement and Qualification I develops essential skills in performance measurement, data analysis, and evaluation methods necessary for effective process control.In Semester 2, the curriculum advances toward strategic integration and organizational application. Organizational Theory and Behavior explores how organizational culture, structure, and human factors influence performance and change initiatives. Lean Management II and Lean Methods and Tools II deepen students’ understanding of lean implementation strategies and advanced analytical tools. Process Management focuses on the design, analysis, and optimization of end-to-end business processes. Performance Measurement and Business Valuation introduces methods for evaluating operational efficiency and assessing organizational value creation. Measurement and Qualification II further strengthens analytical competencies and applied assessment techniques. Maintenance Management addresses strategies for ensuring equipment reliability, operational continuity, and long-term system efficiency within lean environments.
