COURSE CURRICULUM

In the first semester, students are introduced to foundational and core professional knowledge. Management Knowledge provides an overview of essential management principles, organizational structures, and decision-making processes. Quality Management focuses on systems and standards that ensure consistent product and service excellence. Quality Improvement Tools equips students with practical techniques for identifying inefficiencies and implementing structured improvements. Lean Management I and Lean Methods and Tools I introduce the philosophy, principles, and practical instruments of Lean thinking, emphasizing waste reduction and value creation. Production and Operations Management explores planning, controlling, and optimizing production and service processes. Measurement and Qualification I develops students’ understanding of performance measurement systems and evaluation techniques necessary for process control and continuous improvement.In the second semester, the curriculum builds on these foundations with more advanced and integrative subjects. Organizational Theory and Behavior examines how organizational structures, culture, and human behavior influence performance and change management. Lean Management II and Lean Methods and Tools II deepen knowledge of Lean implementation strategies and advanced tools for process optimization. Process Management focuses on analyzing, designing, and improving end-to-end business processes. Performance Measurement and Business Valuation introduces methods for assessing organizational effectiveness and financial value creation. Measurement and Qualification II further develops analytical and evaluation competencies. Maintenance Management addresses strategies for ensuring reliability, efficiency, and sustainability of production systems and equipment.
