Regional Planning and Urban Planning introduce strategic and spatial planning methodologies, while Urban Architecture enhances understanding of built environments and design concepts. Real Estate Development and Management and Greenfield Management address economic and investment aspects of urban growth. City Operations and Municipal Administration prepare students to understand governance structures and the functioning of local authorities.In the second year, the program deepens technical and strategic competencies. Courses such as Bridges and Structures and Public Works expand engineering knowledge related to infrastructure systems. Strategic Environmental Assessment strengthens the ability to evaluate the environmental impacts of development plans, while Urban Waste Management focuses on sustainable resource and waste solutions. Built Heritage Protection develops awareness and skills related to preserving historical and cultural assets within urban settings. Urban Planning continues at an advanced level, integrating strategic, technical, and regulatory aspects.
