COURSE CURRICULUM

The program develops a comprehensive set of competences that enable graduates to operate effectively within the social economy at national and international levels.In the field of social management, graduates understand the functioning of business administration systems and are able to adapt and apply them to social enterprises. They can analyze social services in terms of quality, impact, and efficiency, and are capable of planning, organizing, and implementing key operational tasks, including evaluation and personnel management. They apply marketing approaches within the context of social services and are able to integrate information from multiple disciplines into coherent, interdisciplinary analyses.With regard to international cooperation, graduates are able to recognize and analyze social, political, and economic changes and assess their national and global impacts on the social economy. They can develop and manage organizational change processes in both domestic and international contexts, initiate and coordinate cross-border collaborations, implement international projects, and build strategic partnerships. They possess high-level communication skills in at least one foreign language and are proficient in the use of information and communication technologies relevant to international cooperation.Their management and organizational competences enable them to formulate strategies, manage development programs, and implement action plans. They understand and apply relevant legal frameworks, including European Union regulations. They are capable of structuring, introducing, and evaluating organizational processes, managing financial and professional operations through quality management and controlling, and leading change in a goal-oriented manner while respecting the specific characteristics of the social economy.Graduates also demonstrate strong project-oriented, leadership, research, methodological, social, and personal competences. They can initiate and manage international programs, conduct independent research using quantitative and qualitative methods, and communicate professionally in multicultural environments. They are capable of analytical and process-oriented thinking, ethical reasoning, self-reflection, and entrepreneurial application within the social sphere.
