COURSE CURRICULUM

The program is structured over four years to develop strong foundations in chemical engineering, applied sciences, and professional practice. In the first year, students build core knowledge in mathematics, physics for engineers, general, inorganic and organic chemistry, alongside economics, management, state administration and law, and engineering ethics. The second year advances into organic and physical chemistry, informatics for engineers, mechanics for chemical engineers, unit operations, macromolecular and colloid chemistry, biochemistry, process control, and chemical technology, strengthening both analytical and engineering skills. In the third year, students focus on qualitative and quantitative analysis, materials of construction, instrumental analytical methods, plastics and processing, environmental technology, business and investment organisation, computer modelling of chemical technology systems, and pilot plant work, gaining valuable applied experience. The program concludes in the fourth year with advanced computer modelling, safety studies, and a thesis, allowing students to integrate theoretical knowledge with practical problem-solving. This comprehensive curriculum prepares graduates to understand and control production processes, deliver quality assurance and technical services, and contribute effectively to planning and development within chemical and process industries.
