COURSE CURRICULUM

The program is structured over four years to build strong foundations in economics, business, and management while progressively developing advanced professional skills. In the first year, students focus on core subjects such as mathematics, business informatics, economics, finance, communication, international accounting, organisational behaviour, microeconomics, business law, and environmental economics. The second year expands into macroeconomics, corporate finance, marketing, international economics, economic policy, statistics, marketing management, and value-creating processes, alongside academic reading and writing. In the third year, students deepen their managerial and strategic capabilities through human resource management, controlling, EU studies, economic development, customer communication, conflict and knowledge management, performance measurement, business planning, international business, decision theory, regulation theory, entrepreneurship, project management, and services marketing. The program concludes in the fourth year with business practice and a thesis, enabling students to apply their accumulated knowledge in real-world settings and independent research. This structured progression equips graduates with analytical, managerial, and practical competencies needed for successful careers in business and economics.
