COURSE CURRICULUM

The Pan-European Executive MBA curriculum provides a comprehensive understanding of business management, combining core business knowledge with specialised learning through different MBA tracks. The programme begins with fundamental areas such as Business Economics, Corporate Financial Management, Financial Reporting and Management Accounting, Developing Market Presence, Operations and Supply Chain Management, Strategy Formulation and Business Decision, and Understanding Organisational Behaviour. These modules develop students’ ability to analyse economic and financial information, understand markets, manage operations, make strategic decisions, and lead organisations effectively. Information and Big Data Management introduces the strategic use of information systems and technology to improve efficiency, management effectiveness, organisational change, and competitive advantage. Leading and Managing People focuses on leadership, human resources, organisational change, behavioural science, and developing people as a source of competitive advantage. Open Collaboration Tools for European Business and Sustainable Society explores open innovation, open strategy, crowdsourcing, and collaboration with businesses, customers, universities, and institutions. Research Methods develops quantitative and qualitative research skills, including interviews, questionnaires, case studies, focus groups, research design, SPSS, and statistical analysis. Students then undertake a dissertation or final business project, applying programme knowledge to academic research or real organisational challenges and developing practical recommendations. Track-specific modules provide deeper expertise in selected fields. Finance covers risk management, investment strategies, financial markets, international financial management, exchange-rate risks, and financial research. General Management focuses on international business strategy and entrepreneurship. Health Care Management examines healthcare systems, policy, economics, financing, quality, safety, ethics, and contemporary management challenges. Human Resource Management covers HR policies, performance management, talent management, employee relations, cross-cultural management, and strategic HRM. Logistics and Supply Chain Management addresses global logistics, distribution, transportation, infrastructure, regulations, and changing supply-chain requirements. Marketing focuses on new product and service development, integrated marketing communications, advertising, public relations, and strategic brand management. Overall, the modules build analytical, strategic, leadership, research, and practical management capabilities for international business careers.
