Data Science in Practice focuses on applying data science concepts and analytical techniques to real-world business situations, helping students understand how data can be processed, analysed, and transformed into useful insights. Emerging Technologies explores modern and developing technologies and their potential impact on organizations, industries, and business processes, helping students understand how technological innovation can support digital transformation. Forecasting and Decision Science develops students’ ability to use data, analytical methods, and forecasting techniques to predict future trends and support effective business decision-making. Contemporary Research introduces students to current research practices and helps them develop the ability to investigate business and technology-related issues using appropriate research methods and evidence. Fundamentals of Project Management provides knowledge of the principles and practices involved in planning, organizing, managing, and delivering projects successfully, including the consideration of resources, objectives, timelines, and risks. Applied Systems Analysis focuses on analysing business systems and processes to identify requirements, problems, opportunities, and potential improvements, enabling students to develop effective technology-based solutions. Leadership and Digital Transformation examines the role of leadership in managing technological change and organizational transformation, helping students understand how leaders can guide businesses through digital innovation and changing market conditions. The Consultancy Project provides an opportunity for students to apply the knowledge and skills gained throughout the programme to a practical business or organizational challenge. Through this project, students can develop their analytical, problem-solving, communication, research, and professional consultancy abilities while producing evidence-based recommendations.
