COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master’s program in Prevention and Therapy Management (MSc) comprises 120 ECTS spread over four semesters, blending specialization and interdisciplinary modules to prepare students for leadership roles in healthcare. Each semester includes 30 ECTS with 18 hours per week of study, except the final semester which has fewer hours due to the thesis. The curriculum combines core subjects such as Health Economics and Finance, Project Management, HRM in the Health Sector, ICT in Healthcare Organisations, and Strategic Management for Healthcare Organisations. It also covers specialized topics like Startup and Marketing Management in Health Markets, Quality Management in Prevention and Therapy, and Future Prospects and Trends in the field. Interdisciplinary and university-wide electives, including Contemporary Leadership Culture, CSR, Ethics & Regenerative Design, and Advanced Research Methodologies, enrich the program with broader insights. Practical application is emphasized through the Capstone Project and a Thesis & Colloquium, offering hands-on consulting experience and research opportunities. The program is delivered in English and integrates faculty-wide modules, preparing students to manage outpatient and inpatient prevention and therapy services effectively. This comprehensive structure equips graduates with strategic, managerial, and operational skills vital for advancing healthcare organizations in evolving health markets.
