The Master’s program in International Business Management offers a dynamic and interdisciplinary curriculum tailored to prepare students for leadership roles in global business environments. Spread across four semesters and totaling 120 ECTS credits, the program combines theoretical knowledge with practical application, ensuring graduates are ready to meet the challenges of today’s international markets.In the first semester, students are introduced to essential business topics such as Customer Centric Management, Entrepreneurial Thinking and Digital Models, and Organizational Development. These courses focus on developing a solid foundation in managing customer relations, fostering innovation, and navigating change within organizations. Cultural Studies and CSR, Ethics & Regenerative Design provide students with a broad social and ethical context, helping them understand global business responsibilities.The second semester emphasizes strategic aspects of business, offering modules like Strategic & Digital Marketing, Sales Excellence, and Globalized Value Chain & Digital Management. These courses train students to think globally and act strategically while managing resources and delivering value in digital economies.In the third semester, students further specialize through Advanced Research Methodologies and Applied Business Coaching, preparing them for real-world consulting and leadership roles. The inclusion of Contemporary Leadership Culture and Interdisciplinary Electives allows students to explore leadership styles and broaden their academic horizon by selecting modules from other faculties such as International Digital Marketing (IDM) or Innovation, Strategy & Entrepreneurship Management (ISEM).The program culminates in the fourth semester with a Capstone Project and a Master’s thesis and colloquium.
