COURSE CURRICULUM

The Prevention & Therapy Management MSc is a comprehensive three-semester program totaling 90 ECTS credits, designed to prepare students for leadership roles in healthcare management. The curriculum balances specialized healthcare topics with essential management and business skills. In the first semester, students engage with core modules such as Advanced Research Methodologies, Health Economics and Finance, Project Management, and Contemporary Leadership Culture, alongside interdisciplinary electives. The second semester focuses on specialized subjects including HRM in the Health Sector, ICT in Healthcare Organisations, Strategic Management for Healthcare Organisations, and Future Prospects and Trends in Prevention and Therapy. The third semester deepens expertise with courses like Health Markets and Health Industry, Startup and Marketing Management in Health Markets, Management Fundamentals of Prevention and Therapy Services, Quality Management in Prevention and Therapy, and Prevention and Therapy in Health Sciences. An interdisciplinary elective offers additional breadth, allowing students to explore topics beyond their primary study area. The program culminates in a Thesis & Colloquium, enabling students to apply their knowledge in research and practical settings.
