COURSE CURRICULUM

The International Business Management (MSc) program comprises three semesters, totaling 90 ECTS credits, with a weekly workload of around 18 hours in the first two semesters and slightly less in the third. The curriculum integrates specialization modules from the program alongside interdisciplinary and elective courses from other faculties, fostering a diverse and holistic learning experience. In the first semester, students engage with foundational subjects such as CSR, Ethics & Regenerative Design, Contemporary Leadership Culture, Advanced Research Methodologies, Entrepreneurial Thinking & Digital Models, and Cultural Studies, each typically worth 5 ECTS with a weekly commitment of about 3 hours. These modules emphasize ethical business practices, leadership, innovation, and cultural understanding in global contexts. The second semester builds on this foundation with practical and strategic courses including Globalized Value Chain & Digital Management, Sales Excellence, Human Capital Management, Organisational Development, Change & Restructuring, Customer Centric Management, and Strategic & Digital Marketing. Each course is designed to deepen expertise in managing international business operations, marketing strategies, and organizational transformation. The third semester focuses on Business Development & Control, Corporate Framing: Financials and Group Accounting, and culminates in the Thesis & Colloquium, which serves as a comprehensive research project integrating theoretical knowledge with practical application. Elective modules from other programs like IDM or ISEM are available throughout, enhancing interdisciplinary skills. Overall, the program equips students with strategic, ethical, and practical competencies essential for leadership roles in international business environments.
