COURSE CURRICULUM

The Asset Management (M.Sc.) program spans three semesters, totaling 90 ECTS credits with an average workload of 18 hours per week in the first two semesters and 7 hours in the third. The curriculum blends specialization modules from the study program with electives from the Art & Design faculty and joint faculty modules to foster interdisciplinary learning. Core first-semester courses include Advanced Research Methodologies, Contemporary Leadership Culture, Risk Analysis and Decision-Making, Green Economy and Sustainability, Financial Analysis and Investments, and Principles of Asset Management, each worth 5 ECTS and involving about 3 hours per week. The second semester offers modules such as International Markets and Stock Exchange, Cryptocurrencies and other Alternative Investments, Project Management, Logistics and Operations Management, Portfolio Management and Trading, Globalisation and the New Economy, and Real Estate and other Material Investments. These courses aim to develop students’ expertise in traditional and emerging asset management strategies, risk assessment, and sustainable investing. The program culminates in a Thesis & Colloquium during the third semester, carrying 20 ECTS credits and focused on in-depth research that integrates theoretical knowledge with practical application. This comprehensive structure prepares graduates for advanced roles in asset management, investment analysis, and financial leadership within the global business environment.
