COURSE CURRICULUM

MBA program at UE is structured to provide a comprehensive and intensive learning experience over the course of two semesters, offering a total of 60 ECTS credits. In the first semester, students engage in core modules such as Innovation Management, Strategic Vision, Customer Environment, Leadership, and Operations. These courses focus on developing a deep understanding of modern business challenges and strategies. Innovation Management, with 10 ECTS and 6 hours per week, equips students with skills to drive and manage innovation in organizations.
