COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master of Business Administration (MBA) program with Specialization Modules at UE is designed to equip students with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills across key areas of business management. The curriculum spans three semesters, each comprising 30 ECTS credits and approximately 18 hours per week of study, providing an intensive and well-rounded learning experience. In the first semester, students engage with foundational courses such as Innovation Management, which offers 10 ECTS and 6 hours per week, alongside modules focusing on Strategic Vision and Customer Environment, equipping students with the ability to drive innovative business strategies and understand market dynamics. Leadership Management and Operations are key modules that build essential skills for managing teams and optimizing business processes, each offering 10 ECTS credits. The second semester includes specialisation modules, allowing students to tailor their learning to specific interests and career goals, continuing to build on their expertise with 10 ECTS credits and 6 hours per week devoted to each specialization. Quantitative Methodologies deepen analytical skills essential for data-driven decision-making in modern businesses. The final semester culminates with a Master Thesis worth 20 ECTS, allowing students to apply their accumulated knowledge to a significant research project or practical business challenge, supported by faculty expertise. Overall, the MBA program comprises 90 ECTS credits, balancing theoretical knowledge with practical applications, and is taught fully in English.
