COURSE CURRICULUM

The MBA Sports Management curriculum at UE is designed to equip students with the essential skills needed to succeed as leaders in the sports industry over three semesters, totaling 90 ECTS. In the first semester, students focus on Innovation Management, Leadership Management, and Customer Environment, building a solid foundation in management principles and customer-centric strategies. The second semester emphasizes Strategic Sports Management and Operations, where students dive deeper into governance, organizational strategy, and the operational aspects crucial for managing sports organizations and events effectively. The third semester offers advanced specialization with modules such as Advanced Sports Marketing & Event Management and the Master Thesis & Colloquium, allowing students to apply their knowledge to real-world sports marketing challenges and develop strategic event management skills. Throughout the program, additional modules like Quantitative Methodologies and Strategic Vision support the development of analytical skills and long-term planning abilities. This comprehensive curriculum ensures students gain expertise in leadership, strategic management, marketing, and sustainable development within the sports sector.
