COURSE CURRICULUM

The MBA with Specialization Modules at UE is designed to equip students with comprehensive business management skills through a well-structured curriculum spanning three semesters. In the first semester, students focus on Innovation Management, Strategic Vision, Customer Environment, Leadership, and Operations, earning a total of 30 ECTS with 18 hours per week of coursework. These foundational modules develop essential leadership qualities, strategic thinking, and an understanding of customer dynamics and operational management in business environments. The second semester allows students to deepen their expertise by choosing two specialization modules, each worth 10 ECTS with 6 hours per week, enabling tailored learning aligned with their career goals. This semester also continues with core modules such as Quantitative Methodologies, supporting analytical and decision-making skills critical for management roles. In the final semester, students complete their Master Thesis, a 20 ECTS research project that integrates their knowledge and practical skills to address real-world business challenges, accompanied by 6 hours per week dedicated to research and writing. The program totals 90 ECTS and is delivered in English, making it accessible to an international student body. This MBA aims to prepare graduates for leadership roles by combining theoretical knowledge with practical application, fostering innovation, strategic insight, and operational expertise to succeed in diverse and dynamic business landscapes.
