COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master of Business Administration (MBA) with Specialization Modules at UE is a comprehensive program designed to equip students with advanced business knowledge and practical skills across multiple core and specialized areas. The curriculum is structured over three semesters, each comprising 30 ECTS credits and a workload of approximately 18 hours per week, except for the final thesis semester which involves 15 ECTS credits and a reduced workload. The first semester focuses on foundational modules such as Innovation Management (10 ECTS, 6 hours per week), Leadership (5 ECTS, 3 hours per week), and Quantitative Methodologies (10 ECTS, 6 hours per week), alongside electives that allow students to tailor their studies to specific interests. The second semester continues with modules like Strategic Vision (10 ECTS, 6 hours per week), Customer Environment (5 ECTS, 3 hours per week), and Operations (5 ECTS, 3 hours per week), complemented by an elective module to deepen expertise. The final semester is dedicated to the Master Thesis (15 ECTS, 9 hours per week), enabling students to apply their acquired knowledge to a real-world business challenge, demonstrating their analytical and strategic capabilities.
