COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master of Business Administration (MBA) with Specialization Modules at UE is a comprehensive program designed to equip students with advanced business knowledge and practical skills essential for leadership roles. The curriculum spans three semesters, each comprising 30 ECTS credits and 18 hours per week of study, except the final semester which focuses on the Master Thesis with 20 ECTS and zero weekly hours. The first semester introduces core modules such as Innovation Management, Strategic Vision, and Customer Environment, providing a solid foundation in understanding market dynamics, leadership, and operational challenges. Innovation Management (10 ECTS, 6 HWS) helps students foster creativity and implement new ideas effectively, while Strategic Vision (10 ECTS, 6 HWS) focuses on long-term planning and business strategy. Customer Environment (5 ECTS, 3 HWS) explores consumer behavior and market analysis, essential for making informed decisions.The second semester continues with Specialisation 1 (10 ECTS, 6 HWS) and Quantitative Methodologies (5 ECTS, 3 HWS), emphasizing data-driven decision-making and specialized knowledge tailored to the student’s chosen field. Leadership Management (10 ECTS, 6 HWS) further develops leadership competencies, preparing students to manage teams and organizations efficiently. Operations (10 ECTS, 6 HWS) focuses on optimizing business processes to improve productivity and profitability.
